Sarah made checking in after a long day so easy. She was incredibly kind and welcoming, and even took a moment to ask how my day had gone. It felt sincere, and that small gesture really lifted my mood. You can tell she cares about guests. Thanks, Sarah, we need more people like you.

Breakfast was one of the worst parts. They took a very long time to refill things. Then, at 10.30 pm, the fire alarm went off. I’m not sure what happened, but it took about 15 minutes before the hotel told us what the issue was, and another 30 for the alarms to be switched off.

This place stinks. There was a nasty odor in the lobby, elevator, and rooms, and my room smelled like cigarettes. The room itself and the breakfast weren’t great, though the bed was reasonably comfortable. Valet parking was expensive. I don’t recommend it.

The rooms are small, and the elevator and floors smell terrible. They claim to have street parking, but there are only about six spaces for the whole hotel and the Springhill next door. Valet cost almost half as much as the room.
