The room was comfortable and relaxing after a long day, clean, well kept, and updated with a modern feel. My wife and I were in town on May 15 for a short visit and an IFL game, and we had a really good stay at this Hallmark Inn in San Antonio. The staff were friendly and accommodating as soon as we arrived. They paid attention and responded quickly whenever we needed something, which made us feel welcome. We’d consider staying here again on a future trip, and I’d recommend it for a clean, comfortable place with good service.

I appreciated how clearly they explained the $100 check-in deposit. It was disclosed upfront and promptly returned when I checked out, as long as everything was in order. That honesty and professionalism made it easy to trust them. My stay at the Hallmark Inn in San Antonio was comfortable and stress-free. The property was clean and well maintained, and the staff were welcoming and professional. Check-in was smooth, too. I’d recommend it if you want a reliable, clean place with a professionally run operation, and I’ll be back. Thanks Sonia and Steve.

The rooms at Hallmark inn and suites feel modern, a bit like Holiday Inn rooms, and the beds are comfortable. They also leave plenty of towels. There’s a Mexican restaurant right next door, less than a five-minute walk from your room.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely equipped, just what I wanted after a long day. Everyone was welcoming and really made an effort to make us feel at home from check-in. I had a wonderful stay and would gladly return or recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

The staff are so welcoming that you feel like staying because you want to, not because you have to. For the price, convenience, and location, this newly remodeled hotel is hard to beat, and it’s probably one of the cleanest I’ve been in. I recommend it for any occasion. I enjoyed my stay.
