The staff at the front desk are so sweet, kind, helpful, and pleasant. I can’t say enough about the service or our stay. The place is super nice and clean, with a small convenience store downstairs by the desk and a nice pool. There’s a good dog area, too, without poop everywhere, which is a big deal. Harper girl and we really appreciated that. We liked the board games you can check out by telling the front desk which one you took and giving your room number, then returning it when you’re done. It made for a family game night. Breakfast was yummy, and there are restaurants within walking distance. There’s also a fun food truck area nearby, with live bands, that you can walk to. We definitely recommend this Hyatt Place and would return. Ten out of ten.

The remodeled rooms and lobby were a pleasure, and the front desk team really made the stay. Alma and Alma were both great during the day, while Abigel on the night audit was especially attentive and fantastic with every detail.

After a long day out exploring, our room felt clean and comfortable. Everyone was so welcoming whenever we came back, and breakfast was delicious. I really fell for this place during our one-night stay.

The breakfast selection was generous and the food was good, and I loved the renovated room. I arrived late because something unexpected came up, but the service was great, especially from the morning front desk team, who were accommodating. I had such a good stay this week that I booked again for tonight through Monday. For the price, it's a steal.

Noon checkout was great since we could sleep in. Grace made check-in quick and easy, and the first-floor room was decent. We paid $75 to bring our pet. There was a bug in the bathroom and we could have used more towels, but we didn't make much of it because the rate was so good.
