Juan H. in valet took time to get to know our pups and made sure we had what we needed for a vacation with our loved ones. The Kimpton is wonderfully dog-friendly, and the staff are just as warm and supportive with pets as they are with guests. Our stay was amazing, with genuine care, professionalism, attention to detail, and great customer service from everyone, especially Juan. We’re grateful for the experience.

We had drinks and dessert at the rooftop bar, then breakfast at the restaurant the next morning. Both were fantastic and added a lot to our stay. The Kimpton Santo is a beautiful hotel in a quiet little cul-de-sac, so it felt peaceful, but we could still walk to everything downtown. Our room was clean, modern, and comfortable. I especially liked the TV and sound system after a long day. Every employee we met was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. I’d recommend it to friends and family, and I’m looking forward to coming back.

The valet team deserves a shout out. Even in very cold weather, they warmed up our car, had it ready to go, and helped load it. They were exceptional. This was our first stay here, and we brought our dog. The room was clean and very nice, the staff were friendly and helpful, and both room service and dinner at Dean's Steakhouse in house were great. The hotel is close to everything, and San Antonio is easy to get around. This will definitely be our go-to place next time we’re in town.

The location, rooms, and amenities were excellent, and the staff were wonderful from the minute we arrived until we left. Alan, who manages Valet, was especially kind and attentive. He always addressed customers by name. I travel full time and have done it for 20 years. This was easily my best experience yet. It’s pet friendly, but so clean and quiet that you wouldn’t know other pets were there. We brought ours and they were happy.

The food was incredible. I came in late on the first night and ordered steak and fries, and was blown away. The cocktails were great too, and the bartender was A+. I travel a lot for work and have stayed in more than 100 hotels around the country. After checking out of the Kipton Santo, I can say this was my favorite stay by far. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, the amenities were great, and they’ll loan you a range of items if you forgot your own. The staff were fantastic, even though I didn’t get anyone’s name. If I’m back in San Antonio, I’ll absolutely stay here again. 11/10.
