We’ve stayed here many times, and it’s been great for the money. The staff checked in by phone to see if we needed anything, which was thoughtful. Having our vehicle beside the window and an attendant watching the front and cameras around the clock made us feel secure. The rooms were clean, the beds and pillows comfortable, and the service, parking, and willingness to accommodate were all great. The place looks nice and has modern features. The lobby is small but cozy and nicely decorated, while the breakfast area is a bit larger and has plenty of continental breakfast items.

The room was tidy when we came back from sightseeing on the second day, and the area felt fine to us. Our vehicle was okay, and nothing happened to it. Breakfast was good, and the woman preparing and refilling the food was so friendly. The night desk guy was polite and welcoming too. I wish I’d gotten their names because both were amazing and gave us the best customer service of the San Antonio hotels I’ve stayed at. We felt comfortable, had a great stay, and will book here again.

Restaurants, Walmart, and Sam's Club are all nearby, which is a plus. The room and towels were clean, the service was good, and breakfast was good too. My only gripe was a slight smell from the carpet. If it were my hotel, I’d prefer wood floors. Otherwise, the stay was good.

We’ve stayed at LaQuinta for over 20 years because we travel with pets, and some locations still don’t charge for them. This one charged us $50. The construction crews also took over the place. They filled the small breakfast area, leaving us nowhere to sit, and there wasn’t any food left. In the parking lot, people were smoking weed by their pick-ups before work, and the smell was strong as we walked to breakfast, if you could call it that. At checkout, nobody was at the desk. We called out and waited five minutes, but no one came, so we left. I’ve got nothing against construction crews, but this was too much. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

The room was quiet, the bed was good, and the shower had hot water with decent pressure. I got what I needed for the price and would stay again. They didn’t require a deposit, which I hate paying, so that helped make this a great-value stay.
