We had plenty of room, with a comfortable king bed and a couch and seating area, so it never felt cramped. The pool was well kept and had extra towels, so we didn’t need to take ours from the room. Everyone was welcoming and accommodating, and the staff and housekeepers were especially friendly. It’s easy to get to the highway and close to a large shopping center. This has become our go-to spot for a nearby mini vacation.

I’d stayed here before and it used to be a decent place, but it’s really gone downhill. There was no shower curtain, the toilet seat was nearly falling off, the tub wouldn’t drain, and the bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. I was so tired when I arrived, and it was so late, that I stayed anyway. When I explained it all at the front desk the next morning, they had an excuse for every problem: the curtain was probably in the laundry, and maintenance hadn’t gotten around to the toilet and tub. Nobody apologized. This was my last stay here.

The staff were pleasant and accommodating, and the room was spacious and clean, with no bed bugs. Breakfast was the one letdown since there wasn’t much to choose from. Otherwise, it was a great stay, and we’ll be back.

We booked a two-night stay in a suite with two queen beds and a sofa bed. On the first day, the staff hadn’t changed the dirty sheets or pillow covers. When I complained, the receptionist told me to come downstairs, pick up the supplies, and change them myself. After I got frustrated, he brought the manager, who changed them 20 minutes later. Neither of them apologized for the inconvenience. The staff were very rude and didn’t seem to care about cleanliness. Breakfast was horrible too, with no protein or eggs. I’ve never had breakfast like that at a Choice hotel.
