We were charged $60 for just two hours, even though the usual nightly rate is around $40. That felt unfair. The room was visibly dirty when we arrived, seemed poorly maintained, and had several broken or malfunctioning things that made the stay uncomfortable. The front desk staff were rude and dismissive when we asked simple questions, acting like we were a nuisance instead of helping. It was a disappointing visit, and I wouldn't recommend this motel unless the cleanliness, repairs, and service improve.

We'd only been there for two minutes when we saw roaches everywhere. The place didn't even look clean. The woman was extremely rude and wouldn't refund us, so I had to call the police to get my other $5 back. She got scared and returned it.

The owners are good people, and the beds are really comfortable. It's a livable place.

I had a room booked, but the manager wanted another $10 for checking in early. I'm not from San Antonio and didn't know where else to go. He wanted me to leave for an hour and come back.

It's a dive hotel, but the room was decent and the front desk staff were nice.
