The staff really made this stay, especially Siddesh and Dinesh. They were professional, helpful managers, and breakfast was delicious each morning. My room was huge, spotless, and comfortable, and the lobby looked lovely. The pool indoors and the gym had great equipment, and the parking felt safe. Being near the Medical Center was super convenient. I had a fantastic visit and would recommend it to anyone coming to the area.

Really good breakfast, and it’s free. The rooms were spacious and clean, and everyone on staff was friendly and ready to help. It was quiet here too. I’d happily come back, and definitely recommend it.

I got in close to midnight and the front entrance was unlocked, even though this seemed like a sketchy area and there were homeless people walking around. Nobody was at the front desk. I had been issued a digital key, but it wouldn't open the room, and I still couldn't find anyone downstairs. I called the hotel with no luck, then eventually found the night employee in the kitchen. They were very nice and sorted out my key. I was also handed a card warning about the area's high crime and telling guests to remove valuables and lock their cars. It left me wondering why the front door wasn't locked at that hour. Getting to the hotel was a whole other hassle. It’s off a one-way service road, and my map tried to route me through another business's back parking lot. There was a locked gate blocking access, and I spent another ten minutes trying different ways, including briefly driving the wrong way on a road. The room was basic and felt low budget. I found a number of hairs under the covers and what looked like stains on one sheet, so I wasn't convinced they change the sheets between guests. The floors on the way to the room looked like they hadn't been vacuumed. Walls were thin enough that I could hear coughing, muffled voices, and TVs, and light came through parts of the door from the hallway. Nothing actually happened during my stay, but the whole visit felt uncomfortable from arrival to departure. The man who checked me in after I found him, and the woman who checked me out, were both very nice. I travel a lot, and that's my experience.

I couldn't get much rest here. The room seemed to have thin walls and ceilings, and both mornings I could hear heavy footsteps overhead, like being in a cheap apartment. The first night, teens were yelling and running up and down the hall until 11:30. I called and asked for help quieting things down. The hotel is near the highway, though regular traffic noise wasn't noticeable. On Sunday morning, though, several sports cars made loud repeated passes up and down I-10, apparently drag racing. There wasn't an official race going on. Maybe the decent deal attracts guests who don't settle down at night or keep control of their kids. Breakfast was average. They do keep hot coffee and tea in the lobby all the time. There's a pool, but I can't comment on it. It was annoying and not restful, and I wish I'd paid a few dollars more to stay farther up the road.
