I checked out immediately after seeing the room. Blood on the sheets and walls was enough to get me out of there, and there was also hair in the sink, dirty towels left behind, makeup on the peephole, stained furniture, and rusty fixtures. The whole room felt neglected and unsanitary, as if it hadn’t been cleaned or had been cleaned with total indifference. I stayed only long enough to document it and leave. When I told the front desk clerk, the response made things worse. The owner wouldn’t refund anything, saying, “We don't offer refunds.” Charging guests $180 a night for a room in that condition is unacceptable. The hotel showed no care for cleanliness, maintenance, safety, or basic customer service. I’ll never return, and I strongly warn others to avoid it. The pictures speak for themselves. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU'RE OK WITH THESE CONDITIONS.

I contacted the accommodation through Booking.com a few days before arriving to ask them to remove the first night because I’d be getting in later. I was still within the period when I could cancel all 8 nights without a fee. They never answered despite several requests, and still won’t refund nearly 150 USD for that night. The hotel sends me to Booking, and Booking sends me back to the hotel. Ridiculous and dishonest business practices.

The price for one night was cheap, but the shower pressure was awful, with barely any water coming out, and the TV remote didn’t work. The night guy wasn’t very friendly either.
