The view is the reason to come here. Our room needed updating, paint, and cleaning, and clearer instructions for the lights and other things would have helped. It took us a while to work them out. We also had to find the heaters ourselves, and during our five days there we only had two beach towels. It was hard to reach anyone for help on Friday night and through the weekend.

The place was clean, and the instructions were easy to follow. We went for my niece's birthday, and the spectacular view let us hear the ocean from every bedroom. The location was perfect too, with great restaurants an easy walk away.

The room's owner isn't who I blame, and I will still recommend your company. The woman at the front desk was one of the rudest people I've met. I was confused about where to get the key, and she sent me into the garage to a wall of lock boxes without explaining what I was supposed to find. Later, I saw the instructions said the key was at the desk. Your company is associated with those employees, though, and the experience could hurt your business. I wouldn't want that to happen, so I'd suggest looking into it and asking the other company to address the employee's behavior.

The unit was nice and uncluttered, everyone was helpful and friendly, and the bathrooms had been nicely updated. The kitchen needs a thorough cleaning or replacement, though. The cabinets and appliances were dirty, inside and out, and some drawers and doors didn't close properly. The refrigerator was cracked inside, but it worked. The guest bedroom door and window also wouldn't close properly.
