Club Wyndham Harbour Lights

The updated rooms and amenities are comfortable, and the location is great for the freeway and local attractions. There were quite a lot of homeless people around during our weekend stay, though. Getting a car back from valet has gotten faster, but some of the staff attitudes haven’t improved.

The location was spot on, and the staff were so warm, pleasant, and thoughtful. The front desk always greeted us with a smile, and the security person and bellhop out front were considerate and helpful. Cassidy and Donald gave us great suggestions for places to go, and even helped us out off the clock. They’re both so caring. Lucie and I are very grateful.

The room was clean and nicely set up, and the whole hotel was clean with security on site all the time. It’s right in the heart of the Gaslamp Quarter, within walking distance of lots of nightlife, restaurants, and Petco Park. We were celebrating a birthday, and the staff went above and beyond to make it memorable. Everyone was kind and took care of what we needed. Special thanks to Trinity and Donald at the property. I haven’t had service this good in years, and I’ll definitely be back. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

At checkout, five team members helped carry our luggage from the room to the vehicle. We had about12 - 15 pcs of luggage. I can’t remember everyone’s name, but I do remember Angelina. We’re very grateful to everyone who helped us. The customer service was excellent from valet and check-in, especially from concierge Donald. Highly recommend this place.
