The shuttle driver, front desk team, housekeepers, and bartender were all friendly and accommodating. We loved the stay and had no complaints. The pool and spa area were lovely, the gym was nice, and the rooms were great. It’s less than a 10-minute drive to the airport. The bar had lots of TVs and a good drink menu, and the cookie and water were tasty. I’d definitely stay again.

If you’d rather put your money toward exploring San Diego than a pricier room, I’d recommend this affordable stay. We got upgraded to renovated rooms, which were decent and had comfortable beds. The location is great, near the airport and with easy access to major roads.

The place gave us motel vibes, and for the same price I could’ve stayed somewhere more upscale. My husband and I went for a weekend, but I’d only suggest it for a quick stop or if you won’t spend much time in the room. If you’re planning to stay in, I’d choose somewhere else with indoor rooms and a lobby. Our room was freezing. I turned on the heater, but it got colder, so we had to wait for maintenance and lost time. When it finally ran, it was so loud I couldn’t hear the TV. The rooms were dirty too, with pubic hair in the bathroom and surfaces that hadn’t even been wiped down. I had to go to CVS for cleaning supplies. The place smelled moldy, there was construction outside by the ice maker, and the elevator was slow.

Amanda and her team made putting our wedding reception together so smooth. She was always there to answer my questions, and the reception was absolutely perfect. I also stayed in a suite for the rest of the wedding trip, and it was spotless and perfect. I’d highly recommend the hotel for an event or just a stay.
