The noise was constantly loud. Staff said they’d handle it when I complained, but I’d stay awake for hours and my newborn would be awake and fussy too. The rooms were filthy, and the day after I posted a review, I was kicked out with my newborn. PCG placed me elsewhere. I’m writing again because the response to my previous review was full of lies. During the PCG program in November-December 2024, I followed every rule, was hardly there, and rested in my room when I was. When I was in the hospital giving birth, staff threatened to move my belongings, tried to kick me out, and wouldn’t let my family friend collect my things. Luckily, PCG helped sort it out. After I returned with my newborn, the hotel staff also took my personal rug, Roku TV, and three pillows. Staff hardly spoke English there. I don’t recommend the place if you don’t want to be disrespected or have your belongings touched and stolen.

Loved that they didn’t knock on the door or call right at 11am. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated, and the vibe was great. Amazing stay, and I’ll use this place again on future trips here.

I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and quiet it was. There’s an elevator, which made getting to the third floor easy, and it’s very close to the border. I’ll be back.

Customer service was good. The only issue is the pool, which was listed as an amenity. I’ve been waiting almost three weeks for it to open again.

Breakfast is included, the staff are wonderful, and it’s one of the cheapest hotels in one of the most expensive cities. The owner decorates each room differently, and they’re clean, comfortable, and have great amenities. This may be the most unique and attractive hotel I’ve stayed in, with so much charm and character. I can’t recommend it enough.
