Pacific Beach Luxury Suites by Barsala

I was visiting a friend and had permission to charge my phone and electric scooter by the pool. When I came back, my scooter was gone. I was told it had been taken to the office, but when I went there, they said I couldn't get my things back until the next day because the office was closed. The next day, staff told me I wouldn't get my things back unless I called the police because I was trespassing. They're still holding my belongings and won't return them. I paid a lot for the scooter, and my phone is even more important. Ryan was the person I spoke with. He was extremely rude and kept threatening to call the cops. Please, I just want my scooter and phone back. If I need to involve the police, I will, but it feels like such a waste of emergency services.

We recommend living here. The community is nice, and Ryan a Michelle helped us transfer our lease to a new unit.

The apartment is roomy and nicely appointed, and the community feels friendly and welcoming. The location is another big plus, just a stone's throw from the beach for ocean views and walks. Michele, our leasing agent, has made a huge difference to my experience. She's been helpful since the day I moved in, responds to questions, and is willing to help with maintenance issues. She greets residents with a warm smile and really seems to care that we feel at home. If you're looking for a lovely place to live with great management, I highly recommend Mara Pacific Beach Apartment.

We love living at the Mara. It's quiet, across from the bay, and easy to get onto the highway. Michele was a huge help with the signing process and has answered our questions throughout the lease. She's always pleasant and asks about our baby girl. We love her!
