I’m closer to my downtown job now, and my commute is always free of traffic. The central location has been really convenient. The leasing team is friendly and quick to help, and in the seven months I’ve lived here I’ve seen several improvement projects, including updates to the resort-style cabana pool. The gym is one of the better ones I’ve seen in an apartment complex. The rent feels fair, and the amenities and location have made this a positive experience for us.

We had a beautiful fourth-floor apartment that stayed cool through summer and warm in winter. Even though it’s close to the freeway, we heard more birds and crickets than cars, and never had trouble with noisy neighbors. The leasing office and maintenance crew were professional and quick to help. Parking was easy, the facilities were well maintained, and there were sometimes food trucks outside on Fridays. These are the best apartments I’ve stayed in. Highly recommend.

Presidio View has been a lovely place to live this past year. My schedule is very busy, so I appreciated the help with moving in. They unlocked my apartment and were there while deliveries arrived. Maintenance is consistently quick and excellent, and they answer questions promptly. The gym and pool are great, and the property is kept clean. My one issue is the guest parking rule: visitors can’t stay in the visitor area for more than 24 hours in a row. One of my guests was towed because of it. To be fair, the signs do clearly explain the rule.

The new property manager seems to care, and the issues with staff turnover and front-office operations that came up during my two years here seem to have settled down. The refurbished pool is great and rarely crowded like some apartment pools. There are plenty of grills and cabanas for cooking outside, and ample guest parking is a big plus. You’re close to the mall, food, interstates, downtown, and just about everything. It has its pros and cons, but give it a shot.
