The rooms were okay-ish, but the hotel is far from public transportation. DO NOT RENT HERE!!! They act like their towels are made of gold and keep your deposit if you "stain" one. There were no washcloths in the room, so I used a hand towel to wash my face and my makeup came off on it. They kept my $100 cash deposit.

They charge for early check-in, even at 2 PM when the room is ready. The towels were stained, and the AC barely worked, if it worked at all. This place is clearly more focused on first-time customers than repeat guests. They treated my deposit as a payment, then said they'd refund it 7-10 business days later. My first deposit finally showed up in my account after 12 business days. It's now been 13 business days since the second deposit, and I still haven't received it, even though they say it was refunded. I wouldn't have left a review if they'd handled the deposits like a normal hotel and returned both of them.

The $100 deposit process felt sketchy and wasn't explained well. I'd already paid for the room online, then was told at check-in to pay another $100 in person. They charged it instead of putting a hold on my card. When I called four days later, I was told they charge the deposit and then "process a cancellation," with the money expected back in 5-10 business days. The room was humid and uncomfortable all night. It smelled strongly of old smoke, and while the floor looked mopped, it was extremely sticky, likely from too much soap. The bathroom door wouldn't open all the way. The furniture was very old and worn, like it had been picked up from the curb. The four square pillows were flat, barely filled, had no proper covers, and smelled bad. There was no proper quilt, just a very thin blanket between the sheets, and the bed was so bouncy it felt almost like a waterbed. That was the most uncomfortable night I've ever spent away from home. I wouldn't stay here again or recommend it.

This was one of the five worst hotels I've stayed in, possibly the worst. The rooms were dirty, the bedding was too, and the beds were hard. The toilet ran all night, and the shower had the weakest water pressure I've ever experienced. Trash was overflowing and scattered around. The stairs were taped off with caution tape, an ice machine was broken and seemed like it had been for months or maybe years, and there was a marijuana vape pen on the ground. Breakfast meant a choice between a hard danish or cereal, that's it. It also looked as if people were living there as monthly renters.
