The one good thing was that the place was clean, with maids coming by every day. The customer service was poor, and people seemed not to know how to do their jobs. Noise came through the thin walls, floors, and door so clearly I could hear the people next door and upstairs breathing. Sleeping was absolutely terrible. With a car repair and smog place nearby and the highway right there, there was traffic noise all day and night. I won't stay again.

The bathroom was decent and the bed was somewhat soft, but the room was only okay. The blanket was extremely thin and uncomfortable. Renovations were underway and the hallways were really messy, which had lowered the hotel's quality for now, so I thought the rate would be a little under $100 plus tax per night.

Abdul made our stay better. There weren't any regular rooms available when my boyfriend and I checked in, so he gave us a suite but charged us for a regular room. He was really nice and helpful, and we had a great, relaxing time in the room.

The room smelled so strongly, even though it was a non-smoking room, that we could only tolerate it with the window open. It was filthy: stains and hair were on the sheets, walls, towels, and table, and there was chewing gum on the carpet, which looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. The table and hair dryer were broken, and everything else was run-down. We asked twice for clean sheets, but the replacements were dirty too. Staff refused to change them, so we had to do it ourselves. The hotel is in a rather bad area. Never again.
