Westwood Apartment Homes

We had to move because of my budget, though I would’ve preferred to stay. Westwood apartments meant a lot to me. It was a lovely place to live while I worked full time and did my master’s online. My dog loved the quiet streets and the friendly neighborhoods, and we met some nice people and other dogs at the Westwood doggo park. We’ll still visit for fun. The Irvine company managed the units really well, was responsive, and made things a positive experience. When I moved in, they had a great incentive for new residents: no deposit, and they accepted my dog’s ESA paperwork right away, so there were no extra fees. Amazing place, and people were respectful.

The Hot Tub is still cold after months, despite my putting in several maintenance tickets. More than once, I’ve been told it was fixed, but it still isn’t. It’s not the biggest problem in the world, but being told something’s fixed when it obviously isn’t makes me wonder what else they’re reporting as repaired while it remains broken.

Víctor was great. He fixed our AC during a heat wave, and my dogs and I are really grateful. He was professional and knew what he was doing. He also paid close attention to security and safety while going in and out of my home.

Moving in has gone smoothly for my partner and me so far. Our unit was refurbished, which has been really nice. The leasing office is shared with Villas of Renaissance, but that hasn’t made it harder to get help from the residents office or maintenance while settling in. Victor has been especially kind and supportive, helping us with move-in and our mail issues.
