We slept wonderfully, and the place was quiet. Everything was positive, with no negatives, and this has become our new favorite hotel in the area. The room was spotlessly clean, with beautiful hardwood floors and a very comfortable bed. The bathroom had great lighting and a fabulous shower. There's a full hot breakfast, a well-lit pool and hot tub for the evening, and a new workout room. Parking is great, and the location is quiet. We'll be coming back regularly.
8/10
The bed was comfortable and the staff were very friendly and accommodating, but a few things detracted from the stay. The bathroom smelled of mold or mildew, and while the rooms have been updated, some older fixtures and furniture are still there. The fire alarm went off four times overnight. They were false alarms, but it badly disrupted our sleep.
10/10
After a long day exploring or working, this was a comfortable spot to relax. The room felt fresh, and the interior design was stylish and beautiful. Service to the room was quick, and the front desk team were friendly. Modern and super comfortable.
6/10
The room was spacious and relatively clean, with a decent-sized fridge and microwave, but it was dark. The only window was a big one facing the hallway. The outside hallways are covered, though they get wet in the rain. The room had a strong cleaning-solution smell, and unfortunately the firm spring-coil beds weren't comfortable. Breakfast was standard, but I liked that the coffee machine ground fresh beans and brewed them. It works okay as a stop on the way somewhere. It felt more like a motel-style Holiday Inn.
10/10
We went this year for Anime Impulse Los Angeles and it was well worth it. The shower was roomy and comfortable, the bed was comfy, and the AC worked well. The breakfast they served was beyond delicious. I'd definitely recommend the hotel if you're staying in the area.
