Delilah was professional and helpful during our stay. The rooms were clean, with no bugs, pests, or rodents, and the sheets were clean too. The room was spacious enough to be comfortable, and the area felt safe. My girlfriend and I were nearby and stayed the night. I can honestly say it was pleasant, and I’m pleased with the service and the quality of the place.

The owner was very kind and did her best to reassure me that the room met the standard I needed and was safe. She made sure I was close to the front office, which I really appreciated. The room smelled like cigarette smoke before I went in, though that might happen.

There were roaches everywhere. With your eyes open, look in any direction and you’ll see at least two or three distinct ones. The place is horrible, but it’s cheap and centrally located, and the other guests are usually pretty friendly if you mind your own business and don’t bring the cops.

The room is large, the beds are comfortable, and it isn’t filthy, though I’ve seen one or two bugs. Nothing is luxurious, and the furniture is crap. There’s a hole in the tub and only half the room has power. I had to lend my friend an extension cord just so they could watch TV. I don’t know much about the staff, except they block off three of the five front parking spaces for themselves. That makes it harder to load and unload a person with leg cancer, laundry, groceries, a walker, or a wheelchair. When I can, I pull into their spaces temporarily, but I have to get in and out several times to move the cones. It makes getting to the room harder, when customer convenience should come first. They also hassle me whenever I try to sit outside and have a cigarette. The place is surrounded by stores and places to eat, but I don’t know of any great attractions nearby.

This motel isn’t the worst in town, but that doesn’t mean much. There are lots of long-term residents.
