The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the location is great. The customer service was wonderful too, everyone was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Valet parking was really convenient, though it added $51 to the cost. For almost $400 for one night, we expected a better room. The TV didn't work because its cable was broken, but it was so late after the comedy show that we didn't report it. There was a moldy smell from the shower, dead flies and dust on the windowsill, and the room felt dated. We'd consider returning if the rooms were updated and better maintained, but for now we'll probably look elsewhere.

A lot of noise came from outside, nearby rooms, and doors. The room itself was very old, with ugly old carpet. The bed was much too short for my 1.85 m height, so my legs hung off and I couldn't rest comfortably. When I tried to shower, all three bathtub taps leaked and the water pressure was extremely low. Absolutely terrible stay.

The property was nice, and the staff member who handled our first booking was polite and professional. I stayed with my partner after a concert. I'd prepaid online for a room for my brother-in-law to make things easier, but when I went to the desk for the key, another staff member, a woman, said I had to pay again. She acted unprofessionally and seemed to assume he was a delivery person because he spoke Spanish. I thought that was wrong. The first staff member hadn't asked me to pay twice.

Extremely disappointed as a Marriott Titanium member. They closed breakfast for “major events” without warning guests, and it took hours for basic maintenance to come after my door battery died and a bathroom light went out. Payment communication was also a mess. Be very careful giving them your credit card, they don't contact you to sort out discrepancies. This place feels unwelcoming and poorly managed, and it isn't worth the risk. Do better.
