We spent three days and two nights here, and the staff made us feel welcome at every turn. People greeted us, opened doors, and were always ready to help. During our company event, the food was incredible, our drinks stayed full, and anything we asked for arrived quickly. Even after checkout, they kept our bags for eight hours while we explored town, and later let us relax by the pool for a few hours. We also borrowed the complimentary beach cruiser bikes. The valet staff gave clear, helpful directions for the 20-minute ride to the beach, where we spent several hours exploring before heading back. The property is beautifully maintained, and it's next door to the historic San Juan Capistrano mission, with restaurants and bars within walking distance. I can't recommend this venue enough. Five stars isn't enough. Book an event, stay here, or just drop by if you want to feel wonderful.

Laura and everyone working that day made our wedding feel so special. The venue was beautiful, and even our photographer said the pictures looked like we were in Tuscany, Italy. The food was amazing, approved by our Korean mothers, and the hotel staff were professional, sweet, and efficient. Someone even held an umbrella over my grandma so her dress wouldn't get wet. It did rain on our wedding day, but Laura was comforting and accommodating. When it stopped 15 minutes before the ceremony, she and her team made it possible for us to have the outdoor wedding I'd envisioned, and we even saw a rainbow. Thank you, Laura and team, for your kindness throughout the stressful planning and for adapting to the unexpected weather. We had a wonderful time and are grateful to all of you.

The town and mission are both an easy walk away, and there are some fun bars and restaurants nearby. The rooms are well done, and the service is second to none. A great hotel.

As a wedding planner, I work with all kinds of hotels and event venues, and the Inn at the Mission is the kind of place others should aspire to. Laura was a dream to work with, thoughtful, accommodating, and responsive the whole way through. Her events team made each day of our three-day event easy. Corinne on the service team greeted me with a big smile every day and was always ready to help with anything we needed. The hotel is gorgeous, and the food and cocktails were excellent. We're excited to work with them again soon!
