The pool and jacuzzi were clean and nice, and the room was clean too. The beds were super comfy, I fell asleep fast, and the AC was quiet enough. The continental breakfast is supposed to be ready at 6am, but it wasn’t.

The staff were the nicest ever, and breakfast was okay. The place isn’t new, but the clean bed and pillows were comfy. The shower was really good, with great water pressure.

We left and found another hotel because this place felt so unsafe and dirty. I felt like I needed a shower just from walking into the room. The furniture was old and stained, the curtains were torn, and the doors were chipped. The front desk was no help, and check-in was confusing and frustrating. It’s amazing how different Hamptons can be. We wasted money here and then had to pay double elsewhere, but finding somewhere clean was worth the peace of mind. Steer clear.

I never checked in. The hotel tried to take $186 from my account, but my card declined the transaction. Thank God 😊 I have rewards from AZ Hampton inn... in Anthem Arizona. I called the rewards number, which is Hilton. DOMINIQUE ANSWERED.

The location is great for CSUSM, right off the freeway, and the hotel needs a serious remodel. I stayed while moving my daughter into the campus. The AC was cold, the water hot, and the bed was great, though the pillows were too soft. Breakfast was lacking, but at least it was free.
