Marion at the front desk made a real difference. She was helpful and accommodating with all the questions and needs I had, and she was great at making the stay feel even better. I’ll definitely come back. The location was just right for me, close to shopping, entertainment, and restaurants but far enough from the noise and busy areas to relax comfortably.

The staff were kind and accommodating, and I felt safe. Nights were pretty quiet too. The roaches were a problem, though. Since this is an extended-stay place where families may prepare and store food, I can see how pests might happen. You get what you pay for.

The room was clean, the AC worked, and for the price I thought it was pretty good. The staff were friendly and helpful too. The apartments next door messed up my supposed move-in date, and I would’ve been stranded in SM overnight if I hadn’t found a room here. They let me check out several hours later for free so I could move all my things from the room to the apartment. Thanks to the student working there for the help during my stay.

The hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were great. Tyler got us into our room quickly even though my boyfriend and I arrived very late. AJ was a big help during the stay and when we checked out.

I liked having a kitchen, and the location was convenient. The room itself was clean and fresh, though there was an unpleasant smell in the second-floor hallway and a faint cat-urine odor in my bathroom. The front desk was kind and helpful, including when I needed extra time to check out. Good value, and I’ll probably stay again.
