Jesse, the manager, deserves special thanks for going out of his way to make the stay enjoyable. He was professional, kind, and genuinely attentive, and the whole team showed the same care. That level of hospitality made the experience memorable. My partner, daughter, and I travel often, and this was one of our most pleasant hotel stays. We felt welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the whole property showed how much pride the staff take in their work. Thank you to Jesse and the Holiday Inn team. The room was spacious, almost like a one-bedroom studio, with a desk and comfortable chair plus a round table and more chairs, making it a good place to work. The bed was on the soft side but I still slept well, and the restroom was clean. The room AC was somewhat noisy. Coffee was provided, but there were no cups in the room, so I went downstairs to get some by the coffee machine. The hotel is close to the airport, in great shape, and check-in was quick and friendly. Parking was plentiful, though it costs $25 a day. I paid about $130 a night, so it felt like a good value overall, but the parking charge wasn't appealing.

The hygiene here is worrying. In the morning, I found a towel neatly hung on the shelf with a faint red mark on it. I smelled it and noticed a different fragrance, probably lipstick. That's disgusting. If someone who used the towel had a skin disease and our immune system was weakened, we'd be unlucky. I went to call the front desk for a replacement, only to discover the phone line had been unplugged. We plugged it back in ourselves and called. No one came with a towel for about half an hour. Hygiene is the most important thing in a hotel. We hope you take this seriously and improve it. I liked the hotel's location and interior layout, the comfortable beds and pillows, and the friendly front desk service at our door. Thank you.

Breakfast was freshly cooked and brought hot to the table, which was a lovely surprise. The rooms were clean, the stay went smoothly, and the value is hard to beat. You get a lot for what you pay. Isaac at the front desk made the visit stand out. He was kind, patient, and welcoming every time we came through, and the rest of the staff showed that same warmth. It made the hotel feel like home. Highly recommend.
