The gym is roomy and well equipped, and the small pool was clean and looked after. The hotel is in a beautiful area near lots of destinations, and overall it was decent, but the stay was mixed. My room had plenty of space but smelled musty until I opened the windows. Housekeeping left some dirty towels and an unclean toilet on the first night, though they did a great job the next night. The front desk service was inconsistent. Breakfast ran out of bacon and sausage half an hour before it ended. The restaurant was pretty awful: the rotisserie chicken was dry and tasteless, and the sides were just as bad.

I booked a two queen suite through Hilton’s official site using Hilton Honors points, but because the hotel had overbooked rooms for wedding guests, they switched me to a one king suite. They waived the parking fee as compensation, but I was traveling with my in-laws and a baby. Since the baby sleeps early and needed to be in the room with a queen bed, my in-laws had to use the sofa bed in the living room. The crib wasn’t ready when we arrived, and the coffee wasn’t replenished on the second day. There also weren’t enough pillows or a comforter for everyone, and when we asked, we had to go downstairs to collect them ourselves. The toilet flush was very loud. As a Hilton Honors Gold member, I regret choosing this hotel for a family trip.

I’d happily come back. The room was spotless and very quiet, the reception staff were kind and efficient, and breakfast was simple but carefully prepared. The calm setting made it easy to get a truly restful night’s sleep. For the price, the comfort and attention felt like far more than I expected, and I’d confidently recommend the place.

The rooms felt like they belonged in a much pricier hotel, and the staff were very accommodating. Breakfast was included each morning, with a huge range of tasty options. The hotel had a fun atmosphere to watch, even though I don’t drink or party, and I couldn’t hear it from my room. There’s a washer and dryer on site, a pool, a small shop, and plenty of ways to get around. An Uber to the TJmaxx area cost me $10, and I also had groceries delivered easily from Whole Foods. I’d highly recommend staying here.
