The two-bedroom condos work best for six people, though every unit is individually owned and different, so check the rentals to find one that suits you. Kuilima Estates West Condos at Turtle Bay are near the beaches, horse stables, The Carlton Ritz, and Lei Lei’s restaurant. There’s also a golf course and a huge preserve with plenty of walking trails. Drive up the North Shore for more great beaches. It’s a very natural setting with that Hawaiian feel, good for surfing and sunsets.

Kuilima Estates on Oahu makes for a quiet escape, with a peaceful gated setting and scenic golf course views from spacious, well-maintained units. Pools, tennis courts, and walking trails give it a resort-like feel, while local restaurants, shops, and outdoor activities are close by. The famous North Shore beaches are easy to reach. It suits families, couples, or solo travelers looking for a calm stay, though Honolulu is relatively far away and getting there often could mean a longer commute.

The area is hard to beat. Since you’re in the Turtle Bay Resort area, it’s peaceful and quiet, and the location makes it easy to head east or west for North Shore beaches and activities. The complex is great to walk around, with good, if somewhat small, pools, tennis and pickle ball courts that are always available, and two golf courses weaving through it. Units vary. Our #132 had a distinctive two-story layout that was set up brilliantly, and I’d highly recommend it for a longer stay.

We rented an Airbnb in this peaceful, gated estate. It was very clean, with lots of blooming flowers, and the beaches were within walking distance. A lovely place for a relaxing stay.
