The water from the faucet was so cloudy you couldn't see through it, and there were only two towels for our four-person booking. There were no cribs for infants, no ice machines on any floor, and no housekeeping. The shower was cold. Their “Continental Breakfast” was just cereal and packaged muffins, nothing else. On our first day they billed bottles of water to the room for baby formula. At 3:15 a.m. the next night, when I went for more, I was told I couldn't charge them to the room and would have to go back for a credit card. I had to argue before she finally billed them to the room. For each issue, they seemed to blame “low occupancy.” I'll never stay here again in case of “low occupancy.”

The TVs were tiny, didn't work very well, and showed static. We had to collect our own towels and do our own service. The hotel was almost deserted, with some room doors left open to air them out. They claimed there was WiFi, but I couldn't log in and never got internet during my stay. I needed it for work, so I had to leave and find somewhere else. Staff blamed my iPhone or iPad, even though both are barely a year old. Worst internet experience I've had. I'll never stay here again.

The staff were nice and helpful, but the pool was closed. Breakfast was cold, and they require a $250 incidental deposit at check-in.

We've stayed here four times, but this will be our last. Room service left the toilet uncleaned, the TV was all static, and the thin blanket and tiny pillows made for an uncomfortable night's sleep. The air shut off in the middle of the night, and there was no hot water in the shower, so I had to take a cold one. For the price, it was a total rip-off. I'll drive the extra 15 minutes into Yorkville. The front desk said they had no housekeeping that Sunday. The owner should be embarrassed, and when I complained, they offered us no compensation at all. I took pictures. The hotel has potential, but don't stay there.
