The police are often showing up for different reasons, which makes me uneasy about staying here. My room had roaches and mold everywhere, and when I asked for a cleaner room, Bonita at the front desk threatened to put me out without a refund. She was very rude. I’ve also seen her walking around with the red-haired housekeeper, cinnamon, smoking substances that aren’t legal. Trash is piled up by the stairs, and after spending so much on the room, that doesn’t seem right. Later, Kevin treated me respectfully, had good vibes, and helped accommodate me.

The clerk who greeted me seemed annoyed that I wanted to rent a room and had no customer service skills. I got back in my car and politely chose an indoor extended-stay place instead. The rooms here are outside, which I expected wouldn’t be up to par since other extended stays are usually indoors. They need a more welcoming person at the desk. The one who greeted me should work as a housekeeper, away from people.

Andrew treated my fiance and me with kindness and respect, and made sure to accommodate us however he could. He’s been nothing short of amazing and truly knows his job. I’d definitely recommend this hotel.

The rooms and kitchen area were clean, and the staff stayed friendly, professional, and helpful even while busy. They answered all my questions. I was happy with my stay and would recommend this hotel.
