Hilton Garden Inn Salt Lake City/Sandy

I left for another hotel because I couldn't take it anymore, and then found out the things I'd accidentally left behind were gone. I called to ask if I could pick them up, but they said they'd already tossed everything in the trash, even though it hadn't been 24 hours. The constant traffic noise from the nearby freeway was bad. The rooms weren't maintained, with almost everything broken or in disrepair. The shower head was so clogged with scale it barely worked. And the elevators feel like death traps. This place should be condemned. For the price, this is criminal. Save your money and your possessions and stay elsewhere. I'm looking forward to talking to the corporate office and will update.

I'm here for a work trip, and they've done a great job with the accommodations. The breakfast vouchers are really helpful, and the food is amazing. It's great to start the day with a hot meal and coffee. The shuttle is much appreciated too, and the staff are friendly.

This was one of our favorite hotels in the Hilton line. It's easy to get to, just off I-15, and was exceptionally clean. We slept comfortably, and the on-site restaurant had a great menu. Both dinner and breakfast were tasty, and the service at each meal was as good as any 5-star restaurant we've eaten at. We'll definitely stay here on future trips through Utah.

The service is above average, from the front desk to daily housekeeping. The rooms could use a remodel, but they're not bad. I've been back a few times and will come again. No free breakfast, though.
