Townhouse Motel

The owners and staff were really nice, and the rooms were clean with comfortable beds and pillows. It’s a nice little motel, close to restaurants and food. They have cameras on site, so I felt fine leaving my vehicle there. I’d recommend it to friends.

Everything looked clean, but the room had a smell like someone had sprayed a chemical or insecticide or something. They have a coffee machine either in the rooms or in their office.

I’ve never had an issue here. The owners are polite and helpful, and every time I visit they greet me with a smile or give me a reason to laugh. It’s clean and quiet, with nice, accommodating rooms. The beds are neat and clean, and the towels are always clean and white, thank you. Each bathroom has been redone individually, so they’re all different. The AC and heater both work great. You’ll hear a locomotive rumble once in a while since it’s by the tracks. The owners also have the old Rose motel, now called The Ranch, where they offer daily and weekly rates. Maybe I’ll try a room there next time.

I was just passing through and called more than an hour ahead in the middle of the night to check if they had rooms. When I arrived, they turned me away and I felt profiled. First they said the credit card machine was broken. Then I pulled out cash and they said they were fully booked. I reminded them I’d just called, and the man shut the door on me. “It's not about the money.” Evil people. There aren’t many options in this town, but please stay somewhere else if you can.
