The grounds look nice, though we haven't explored everything yet, and the place is pretty and close to the beach with lots of amenities. So far, though, our unit feels below par for the astronomical price. I may update this after the stay. Our condo is privately owned rather than hotel owned, and the interiors differ. H207 is sparsely furnished, and its long balcony has only a tiny table and two chairs. It doesn't feel set up for a family. Ask for photos of the actual unit or look them up before booking, since it may not match the pictures you've seen. A few practical things have been strange. There are no ice machines. The front desk said the in-unit fridges couldn't be connected to make ice, so we were told to contact housekeeping before 8 pm or ask the kitchen. Our ice maker was switched off and missing its holder, but I turned it on and it is making ice. The pool closes at dusk, around 6:30 pm in high season, which is much too early. They also left us just one tiny bar of bathroom soap for multiple people, a tub/shower, and a sink. Getting from the parking lot to the stairs is awkward. Building H has an access elevator at the far end, but the staircases aren't open to the parking lot side. You have to walk to the end of the building to get around the railing, which makes unloading on an upper floor inconvenient. And if your unit is near the many pickleball courts, expect to hear the ball being hit throughout the day.
