Courtyard Santa Clarita

There are two claims for the disputed Courtyard by Marriott invoices, but there was only one stay: 2604060021132 and 2604130042988. I booked and paid through EXPEDIA with my credit card. While I was at the hotel, they removed the Expedia reservation without telling me or getting my consent, then rebooked it under their own name with different fees. When I asked for a record of what I believe were fraudulent actions, I was thrown out and told I could not stay there again. No one discussed the matter with me or gave a reason. I paid Expedia $585.68 for three days and added just one more night at the hotel for $174. Because of the treatment, fraud, and lies, I won’t give Marriot any more money until they apologize and remove the fraudulent fees. They should fire their manager, refund all my money, and offer to replace my vacation stay, which is what Hilton would do on Earth. All my Best, an Earthling named Cate

I’ve stayed here many times, and the service has always been amazing. The rooms are clean, and there’s plenty of parking. Tonight, after I had a problem at another hotel, Ariel, the night auditor, really looked after my mother and me, even though it was 3 a.m. Check-in went flawlessly and left a lasting impression. He definitely put the “H” in hospitality.

A nicely maintained hotel just off the highway, in an office park area. There’s not much close by, though plenty of restaurants are within a ten-minute drive. Parking costs $10 a night. The landscaped courtyard has a pool and hot tub, and I’d ask for a room with a balcony.

The room was clean and nice, and the beds were really comfortable. The pillows weren’t as good, but I bring my own, so that wasn’t a problem. Breakfast was good, and the location was quiet. I’d recommend it and might stay again, depending on the price and availability. Edit: The team is amazing and will go out of their way to help. Thank you!!!!!
