Morgan Baker, the hotel's accountant, took charge when I emailed about a billing problem I'd been dealing with for weeks. She explained what she was doing, reviewed the issue, and fixed it promptly. Her attention to detail and follow-up to make sure I was satisfied turned what could have been stressful into a smooth, positive experience. Her professionalism and kindness reflect well on Marriott's hospitality, and she's a real asset to the Marriott Bonvoy Brand. I commend her service and look forward to returning. Danyelle at the front desk was also very responsive whenever I used the app to request room services.

We drove for hours and arrived late at night to find there was no room with two beds and no rollaway available. I'd called on Monday to confirm that our Expedia reservation for three could be changed to four, and the hotel clearly said it would be fine with no extra charge. At arrival, staff said they couldn't help and offered only a refund, even though we had nowhere to go that late. We ended up with one king bed for four people. There was no empathy or effort to find a real solution. Extremely disappointing service from a Marriott property. I would never recommend it.

When my wife and I returned around 2-3AM from our event, every guest parking space was taken, and the large RV was still occupying multiple spots. We'd raised the parking concern with staff before leaving, since it was already limited at 7 PM, and were told it would be addressed. We had to park on the street a couple of blocks away. Back in our room, there was no hot water and our towels were stained. In the morning I told Melissa at the front desk, but she did nothing to address our concerns and was extremely rude and condescending. This experience has me questioning whether this is how Marriott treats loyal guests. If so, I'll take my business elsewhere.

We love coming here. It's clean and well managed, and our room was quiet and really comfortable. When we asked for extra blankets at check-in, they were brought to the door within minutes. Breakfast was delicious, with things for kids. Those tiny milk cartons are fun for them to drink from, too. Very family friendly, and I recommend both the hotel and location.
