The grounds are beautiful and really well cared for, and the complex is managed well. It's also close to everything. Love this place.

There's no affordable housing here, much like the rest of Santa Fe. HOA fees have shot up so much that many lower- and middle-income tenants and homeowners are being pushed out. It seems likely that's by design.
I've owned a condo here for five years, and until now I've been impressed with how well the place was run. Shoutout to Rosa, who's still there, and Nick, who I miss a lot. This year a new property manager arrived and things have become a nightmare. HOA fees that used to seem reasonable are suddenly going up by more than 60%, and he sends homeowners rude, aggressive emails. I'm very disappointed in the hire. I've also been trying for weeks to replace my door, but the information I've received about how to do it has been partial and unclear. This manager needs to go.
The units don't get much natural sunlight, and a lot of the neighbors are rude and disrespectful. The complex itself is fine.
There was plenty to see and learn, and my family and the kids had a great time. It's a cool place to spend an afternoon. Give yourself at least 2 to 3 hours to get a good feel for it.
