Stay Downtown! Chic Santa Barbara At Zona Rosa 1 Bedroom Condo

We loved staying here and plan to come back. It’s cozy, with a nice kitchen and a fireplace we really enjoyed. Everything in town is within walking distance, and the slopes are a short drive away. We forgot to ask for more propane after a few days, but that was our fault and no big deal.

We booked through air b n b and had a great experience. The rooms were comfortable, there was parking, and the plaza was very close with everything walkable. The Wi-Fi was a little slow.

For our wedding week in Santa Fe, we booked all the condos at Zona Rosa for our wedding party and immediate family. Having everyone together, with room to spread out across the condos, made the week so much fun. We even took our getting-ready and first-look photos there, and they turned out perfectly. It was an easy walk to our wedding venue in the plaza, about 10 minutes, and we could also walk to several nearby restaurants and bars. Susan, the owner, was wonderful to work with, and she and her team made sure we had everything we needed. We can’t wait to stay again. The photos included were all taken at Zona Rosa.

We recently stayed at Zona Rosa for the second time and love everything about it. The condos are comfortably furnished, and the setting is peaceful and quiet. It’s close to the Plaza and within walking distance of the Railyard. Antonette and her team are helpful whenever support is needed.
