The Mystic Santa Fe

The breakfast was excellent, and when I asked for salsa with my eggs, the kitchen folks brought green chilies. Evening drinks and tapas were fantastic too. The room had a modern southwest feel, with plenty of hot water and a comfortable bed. It was surprisingly quiet for a hotel off the main drag. I would’ve liked an extra chair, though I understand the room is limited on space. The Mystic is a hidden gem, and we’d stay again in a heartbeat.

We were allowed an extra hour before checkout, which made the rest of our time in Santa Fe much more enjoyable. Check-in and checkout are easy, the price is great, and the property feels safe, clean, and well kept. It’s not the fanciest place around, but the rooms are cute and well cared for. The Mystic works especially well for a Meow Wolf visit while still being close to downtown and other attractive parts of Santa Fe. The hotel has a friendly, accommodating staff, a lovely bar and restaurant, and a mix of old school motel style with clean, modern southwest decor. I’ve stayed a few times and can’t recommend it enough.

The included breakfast was very good, and everyone was friendly and helpful. Service was great, and the price was very affordable. We really enjoyed this nicely renovated motel near downtown Santa Fe. If you’re there to snowboard, it’s about a 40-minute drive up the mountain.

The hosts were excellent, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great, parking felt very secure, and tourist sites and shopping were easy to get to. We stayed two nights, and they cleaned the room in between, which you don’t see much anymore. I’d definitely go back.
