The rooms are decent, the water was hot, and the bed was comfortable enough. I'd stayed here before without a problem, but those times I paid cash. This time I paid cash for the room and put the $100 security deposit on my bank card. The deposit never came back, and another $150 was charged too, for $250 total, back dated to last year. I've had to replace my bank card several times this year, so there's no way they can say I stayed there and paid with that card last year. The experience has tainted my view. Also, the pool is never open, and even though it's gated, it's right beside a major street. Always pay cash and keep your receipt.

Housekeeping was the biggest surprise. We came back from a day of exploring to find a clean room, which you don't get at many hotels anymore. The rooms had recently been renovated and looked fairly new, and it was handy having a fridge and microwave right there. Our family really enjoyed the stay, and the location was great. The pool was nice, but the jacuzzi wasn't working, and the beds could have been a little more comfortable. That's why I took off a star. We'd definitely stay again.

The place was very dirty, and the staff were some of the rudest people I've ever encountered. They seemed to care only about money, not customers, and were abusive when I tried to complain. I recommend nobody stay at this hotel.

Not worth the money. The rooms were very dirty, and the staff were rude even when I tried to be nice. They don't seem to care about customers at all. I don't recommend staying here.

Friendly, patient, professional, knowledgeable service helped make this feel like a fair trade: the place was clean and affordable, and I would stay again if I had to. The room itself was dated and felt like the opening of a scary movie. The showerhead was crusted with hard water, and the bedside lamps shocked me a few times. The AC and heat worked well, though they smelled musty, and the TV remote only worked about 10% of the time. Thank God for YouTube and TikTok. The location wasn't too bad, with stores nearby for laundry, fast food, and groceries, and the beach not too far away.
