We booked Coastal Dreamin townhome #1 for 6/18-6/23, meant to stay until the 24th, but couldn't stand it and left early. The kids were having fun at the beach, so that's why we stayed as long as we did. There was a roach infestation, and Coastal dreamin hadn't sprayed before we arrived or properly cleaned the floors and kitchen to keep roaches away. It was awful, and I'm still having nightmares. Save your time and money, don't use Coastal Dreamin.

We paid $2,700 for beachside 11, and I wouldn't recommend it. The unit itself was nice, though not especially clean, but our experience with Benchmark Management was terrible. A storm two weeks earlier had completely eroded the beach, and nobody from management called to tell us our beachfront condo no longer had a beach. When I asked, I was told it was a high tide from an act of God and that we could walk to the public beach. Each unit gets one parking space. On three of our seven nights, every spot was full when we returned from dinner. Benchmark told us to park across the street in the strip mall. We'll keep coming back to 30A, but we'll never rent another property managed by Benchmark Property Management.

Be careful renting through Benchmark Management. They may cancel your reservation at any time if the owners decide to come down during your booked week. That leaves you scrambling for another place, and they won't compensate you for the price difference or the inconvenience.

Beachside Condos sits right on the Gulf, so the beach is only steps away. The white sand is beautiful and plentiful, and the beach looks great.
