We spent every minute enjoying The Beacons Unit 10, from games around the kitchen island to drinks on the balcony. The decor has a refreshing coastal feel, and the rental was newly renovated and immaculately clean. The private entrance leads to sugary white sand, and Seaside Square is just a quick mile away for shopping and dining. It was perfect for four people. Five gold stars, and we'll definitely be back!

This apartment has real potential. It's well situated in the town and getting to the beach is easy, but the furnishings are very lacking. For a place advertised for eight guests, there should be at least eight plates, glasses, and sets of silverware. The flimsy chest of drawers and night tables seemed like they might break if we used them. With a little investment in the furnishings, this place could be so much better. We stayed a week at the Santa Rosa, Fl. location.

We spent one night at Beacons 10 with our family of four, and it was perfect for us. It was decently clean with tasteful decor, close to the beach and Seaside Square. We brought bikes and rode everywhere. Love this area. ❤️

We had to stay at #10 after failing to find somewhere else, and it felt like a total rip-off at $300 a night. The bathrooms and furniture were nice, but they didn’t fit the rest of the place. The cabinets were rotten and the appliances old and rusting. Even the entrance was a mess and badly needed some paint and TLC. I’d tell the owner to put a little money into the property and drop the booking agency, then use those savings on the investment.
