The home hadn’t been cleaned before we arrived, and the clean photos show how I left it. The dirty photos show its condition when I got there. I took pictures both on arrival and when leaving, and they show I left it better than I found it. The host agreed in one photo to refund us, but after our stay they said they wouldn’t, claiming we left the place poorly. They promised the refund at the end, then lied about it. This was a horrible experience, and the most disgusting host I’ve ever dealt with. I believe they’re scamming us to avoid paying back the money.
