Great place, but a little high maintenance. Not being allowed to hang towels over the balcony is crazy. ITS THE BEACH. WE PAID TO STAY HERE. They also hadn’t left wrist bands or parking passes, so I had to call a bunch of people to get them. If you message guests that their condo is ready, maybe have everything ready for them. And hanging towels should be allowed, the ocean water dripping down won’t hurt you. Other than that, great place, but DO BETTER.

We loved having so much room to relax, especially on the big balcony with its dining table and resort-style chairs. The condo feels fresh, the beach is right there, and there are plenty of amenities. Leaving was the toughest part. We can’t wait to return.

For more than twenty years, we’ve made this our yearly beach stay. You ride the elevator down, cross the pool deck and wooden dune walkway, and you’re on the private beach for Dunes of Seagrove guests. No street to cross, parking to hunt for, or traffic to deal with when heading to the water. The units are clean, bright, and nicely furnished, and the location works well between Destin and Panama City.

It stayed peaceful inside and there was plenty of room at the beach and pool, even with lots of guests around. The condo looked just like the pictures and had plenty of space and supplies. We’d forgotten our beach towels, but Vacasa provided some. The beach service was a nice extra, too, since we didn’t have to carry as much.
