This was a total scam. He wouldn't speak on the phone until I asked where to send the $1900. I already knew it wasn't legit, but wanted to keep him talking. He finally called a little while ago, and I couldn't quite place his accent, maybe Nigerian. He wouldn't agree to meet so I could hand over the cash. He insisted everything had to be done electronically. I told him I was onto him and that it was a scam, then let him have it with some choice vulgar words.

The fact is, this is a scam.
