A relaxing, beachy condo complex with parking right outside each unit and a nice-sized pool in the center. It's a two-story, U-shaped building across from the beach, with a laundry room for guests. Ground-floor units have patios, while the second-floor ones have balconies overlooking the pool. Some units have been fully remodeled, with bunk beds in the hallway. It's not gated. A great spot for a solo getaway or a couple's retreat, and a wonderful investment condominium complex.

We were so glad to find this beautiful place. It has great amenities, and our Florida stay wouldn't have been as good without it.

We really enjoyed the location of this lovely little place on 30A. The beach was just a brief walk away, and our condo came with two beach chairs and an umbrella for our stay. There were lots of restaurants nearby, some within walking distance. We'd definitely stay here again.

It's a wonderful place if walking doesn't bother you. The price has gone up quite a bit since I was here before.
