Unit 6 is a nice place right by the beach, and the views are great. There was no cable in the room, which could be an issue if you're traveling with kids. The chair rental setup was super annoying: the chairs and umbrellas were placed right along the water, making it hard to get through to the water. To get a chair at the water, you'd have to set yours up at 6am and stay there so 30a Shade doesn't put umbrellas in front of you. They said they had a contract with the condo owners. If those issues are fine with you, I'd give it five stars.
