The area is great, with easy access to lots of amenities. Our original booking was for a roomy, comfortable unit, but about two weeks before we arrived, we were told the owner had rented it to someone else. We were moved into a much smaller space. We tried to make the best of that change, but the condition of the unit made it hard. The counters had visible residue, there was hair on the floors, and the sheets were stained, so I had doubts they had been cleaned properly. There were several bullets behind the couch, which was the most alarming part. Ammunition in a vacation rental felt unacceptable and unsafe, especially for families with children. Mosquitoes were another problem. Whenever we opened the door, several flew in, and we kept getting bitten during our stay. The location is excellent and the property has potential, but our visit was disappointing because of the last-minute move, cleanliness problems, the safety concern, and the mosquitoes. I hope these issues are addressed for future guests.

This new complex sits between 98 and 30A, so getting to either road is easy. It's about 1.8 miles from the heart of 30A, and the setting is beautiful and quiet. The resort-style pool is new, covered parking is a welcome relief in summer heat, and the fitness center is nearly ready to open. A beach shuttle is planned for spring and summer, which should make getting to the shore easy. There are one-, two-, and three-bedroom rentals for short or long stays. Since the rental company is on site, issues can be resolved quickly. It's a great place whether you're considering the vacation rental market or looking for a quiet home, and it should get even better as more amenities open.

The new units are beautiful, and the pool is amazing. The setting feels secluded and peaceful, but grocery stores, restaurants, and the beach are all nearby.

The condo was clean, and having the pool and gym available was nice. It was also very close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. I had a great stay and would recommend it.

Such a lovely place, decorated to feel both beautiful and comfortable. The beach is about a mile and a half away.
