We stayed in 2104 through Newman-Dailey Resorts, on the peaceful preserve side, with a Gulf view. Having the poolside cabana was handy for snacks and drinks, and a spot to cool down and rest. The pool deck is beautiful and relaxing, with two hot tubs, a heated pool, an adults-only pool, and a large common pool. We had a great time and are already thinking about another trip. We didn’t get to check out everything, including the fire pit, nature trail, or kayaks on the lake.

I had a great stay and would recommend the place, though it helps to know the HOA rules and boat schedule ahead of time. Those can be frustrating if you’re unprepared. The owner’s rental website was easy to use, and the owner responded quickly and kindly. Cristina, who drove the water taxi, was fun to chat with and even picked us up in the rain during her 4:00 break, when she didn’t have to. We also enjoyed the pool and its peaceful waterfalls, the rental beach chairs and umbrella, the complimentary water taxi to the beach, and the grills by the pool.

It’s a great spot, though it’s a shame there’s no beach access for sunrise or sunset.

The pool area is my favorite, and the service is friendly. It’s absolutely gorgeous every time I visit. The grounds around the local parking are nice too, even by the high-rise that sits a little farther out.
