We've stayed here twice with seven people, once on the second floor and once on the fourth. Getting to the beach is easy, and shops and Seaside are an easy bike ride away. The downside is all the new houses and the traffic right on 30A. Cars, trucks, and construction across the street made it much louder, so sitting on the porch over the pool wasn't very quiet.

The private beach is a big plus. It's a short walk there, and while the beach farther down the road is packed, this one is practically empty. The condos I've rented here had grade A accommodations, with a pool right outside the back door and entertainment nearby. Our owners used Oversee vacation rentals, and their hospitality app and good communication helped make the stay comfortable. The white-sand beach is beautiful, too.

We've stayed several times and loved being here with friends and family. Our place, on the top right of the middle building, has the best view. The private beach and its entrance are very close to the property. Easy peasy!

The rooms felt fancy but were set up comfortably. The pool depth seemed safe for most kids. The walk to the beach is about two blocks along a private trail.

At Seaview Villas, we had a big condo with a nice ocean view, and the pool was wonderful. The private beach was clean and uncrowded. We'd definitely love to stay again. ❤️
