The kitchen is laid out well, and getting to Seaside and Watercolor by car was easy. The place had a recent, very nice remodel, plus a great mattress and pillows. Each night I fell asleep to the waves through the sliding glass door facing the shore.
The view was lovely, but I don't expect to spend a vacation cleaning before I can use everything. The bathrooms were disgusting, so I went out and bought cleaning supplies. The hall bathroom tub lever was fixed so you could only shower, which is hard for people who need to sit down because of health issues. Neither upstairs TV had working cable. The spare blankets in the closets smelled awful, so we bought detergent and washed them. We also had to buy more dishwasher detergent. The living room has a white loveseat and two chairs. In my opinion, it needs a proper sized couch with more seating, and it shouldn't be white. We won't rent here again.
Unit 14's shower really needs an upgrade, but I love this place and the location is perfect.
The place itself is great, but housekeeping needs to do better. I was left inspecting after the cleaners to catch what they'd missed.
A great vacation spot, and the price can be reasonable if you go at the right time of year.
