I can say the maid was generous, bringing us extra blankets and pillows late at night. We’ve usually had a great experience here, but this vacation was difficult. Our reservation promised adjacent rooms with an interior connecting door, as it has before. At check-in, they said all connecting rooms were booked and there was no note about our request. Customer service later confirmed that the promise was written on the reservation. On top of the rooms being far apart, the AC units in the rooms we got were broken. They moved us to another room for the one with bad AC, but it was even farther away.

Staff go into your room and take things even when you’ve put up a "do not disturb" sign. The carpet leaves the bottoms of your feet black.

Miss V and her staff have been so helpful while we’ve been trying to find new housing after a house fire. They’re amazing.

The bright, welcoming dining area made breakfast a nice start to the day. There were plenty of choices, including vegetarian and gluten-free options, plus fresh pastries and good coffee. Staff were always ready to help.
